Buy & Sell Commission:
Sellers and Buyers both pay a commission based on the selling price at 0.5%
Escrow:
Seller(s) pays escrow fees based on the escrow time required to complete
the Seller’s requirements of the escrow, which includes the time to
transfer funds to personal account.
Buyer(s) pays escrow fees based on the escrow time required to transfer
funds and to complete the buyers requirements of the escrow.
Escrow Closing Statements are e-mailed or posted to buyer and seller account.

Escrows fees are per transaction, seller and/or property.
For trades, bulk transaction and for complex escrows, human escrow officers
are available, at $52.00 per hour, prorated to the minute.
Guaranteed Title Assurance:
Guaranteed Title Assurance cost is $0.10 per Deeded Interest transferred.

Transfer of funds from Deed Exchange-holding accounts to Deed Exchange-holding

Deed hard copy:
$3.50 per deed plus Ship & Handling (only available after cancellation of listing agreement).
If any Bearer Deeded is bought, sold, lost or exchanged (transferred by any form), outside of Deed Exchange, while not listed by MDLS™, and the current owner (bearer) wishes to re-list any Bearer Deed that its listing had be cancelled, must as part of the exclusive listing agreement bring each Bearer Deed current by paying a recording fee of $0.25 per Deed and Title Assurance fee of $1.00 per Deed.
However, the re-listed Bearer Deed’s cannot be sold or transferred for 90 days, which is the time that a ownership claim is required to be filed. If there is, no claims filed within 90 days Deed Exchange will again guarantee each Bearer Deed title, and show the each Bearer Deed without a cloud of title.

Exchange Members:
There are be two levels of access to the Deed Exchange. Besides the standard
public access to the Deed Exchange (non-commercial).
A
second level of access is provided for those Financial and Retirement
Planners, Money Managers, Fund Managers, Real Estate Offices, Investors,
Brokers, Agents, and others interested in special priority Deed Exchange
access.
The commercial
access is designed to handle volume purchases of the current listed properties
and new listings of conversion properties, at the Offering Value. Each
business day commercial users will have 1 hour advanced access to new
converting properties at the OfferingValue.
New
conversions properties are posted to the MDLS each business day at
10 am for the public users (non-commercial), and
at 9 am for the commercial users.
The Deed Exchange Access Browser is actually a high security program
•
Each users computer accessing either the MDLS, MPLS or EPM will be required
to install
Deed Exchange access
program, icon on desk top, which will have automatic updates and
upgrades.
Clicking on
the icon will take the user to Deed Exchange access page, where
users may
access all the services
of Deed Exchange including the MDLS, MPLS, EPM and MDC.
The Deed Exchange data servers can only be accessed
from the users computer IP + ISP or with
password, providing federal bank level security.
The access program will only
need to send data to
the users program browser. All data and information
will be at real time.
• Computer Manufactures and Stores will provide the Deed Exchange
access Browser installed on
computers sold (free) (non-commercial).
• Software companies will have Deed Exchange access Browser
on their CD’s
• Deed Exchange access Browser (non-commercial) is provided
to stories and business for
distributing around the world.
• Partnering with companies that make investment software.
• Deed Exchange access Browser software downloadable from the
Deed Exchange’s web site.
The 16 Members of Exchange is selected by
sealed bid at the end of each member's term (highest best bid). The bidder
must be national organizations able to service the Deed Exchange's consumers
throughout the United States and have services, or the ability to provide
services, in other countries.
Each member has advertising on Deed Exchange web site and access to the Exchange's
trading site. Consumers will be able directly link with member's agents for
their services.

There are four National Real Estate Companies, with
a 2-year contract, to provide license-required services.
Each company will be provided links on Deed Exchange's web sites. By a simply
clicking of a button, a buyer or seller will have
access to a real estate services by licensed agents for assistance
or advice. (fees or commissions may apply).
Organization Membership included: Min. cash bid
amount - Percentage (%) of gross - Accounting fee
.5% of gross.
2) Title Insurance:
There are four National Title Insurance Companies
w/ Escrow Services, with a 2-year contract, to provide
title insurance and escrow services. These services are available to purchasers
of mortgaged properties of the MPLS®. Their
escrow service will also handle the real estate conversion
escrows. Each company will be provided links on Deed Exchange's web site's.
By a simply clicking of a button, a buyer or seller
will have access to a title insurance or escrow representative
for assistance. (fees or commissions may apply).
Organization Membership included: Min cash bid amount
- Percentage (%) of gross - Accounting fee .5% of
gross.
3) Financial Institutions:
There are four National Financial Institutions,
with a 2-year contract, who will provide information and assistance
to buyers and sellers of Deed Interest and mortgaged properties, related
to financing their real estate deeded interest or
mortgage property purchase. Each company will be provided links
on Exchange's web site's. By a simply clicking of a button, a buyer or seller
will have access to a representative for assistance.

4) Insurance Companies:
There are four National Insurance Institutions,
with a 2-year contract, who will provide information and
assistance to buyers, sellers and renters of Deed Interest and mortgaged

on Exchange's web site's.
By a simply clicking of a button, a buyer, seller
or renter will have access to a representative for assistance.

Associate Deed Exchange Membership
The associate members are able to conduct commercial
related services on the Deed Exchange’s through
trading site only.

All commercial accessing of the Exchange’s Listing site
must be members of the Deed Exchange.
Businesses:
$6,000 to join Exchange (includes background
check)
$3,000 yearly membership fee
Individual:
$2,000 to join Exchange (includes background
check)
$1,000 yearly membership fee.
